Leo Cordero offers one-on-one meditation course, designed to teach you how to access your inner peace, mental clarity, and power to execute life from The Truth within you.

How does it work?
  • 7  lessons each 90 minutes 

  • First 4 lessons are shared close to each other, ideally in 4 days or so. 

  • Last 3 lessons are shared weekly to allow space for practicing.

  • First 4 lessons ground the technique in you, necessary for the last three lessons. 

  • Topics for the last three lessons are: Transmutation of Energies and Manifestation. 

  • Classes are held Online via Zoom video.

Who is this Course for?

Any person who wishes to learn a grounded, simple, and sacred Technique of Meditation - rooted in a living lineage - is welcome. No prior experience is required. If you can sit comfortably on a chair and bring awareness to the present moment, you can participate.

Classes are held in small groups, creating a personal and supportive environment for practice.

The teachings upon which Ananda is founded, those of Paramhansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi, and his disciple, Swami Kriyananda, Ananda’s founder, are universal and inclusive. We view and respect all religions, all spiritual teachings and their practices, as differing expressions of the same one Truth. Just as different instruments all play music, so too, do different spiritual paths all reveal Spirit.

Before taking this course, meditation was something I always felt I should do—like another task on my checklist. Through Leo’s guidance, my relationship with the practice completely shifted. Meditation has become something I truly get to do, a gift I give myself rather than a chore to complete.

Leo has a calm and thoughtful way of teaching that made the experience feel both approachable and deeply meaningful. The tools and perspective he shared helped me move beyond just “doing meditation” to actually living with more peace and joy in my daily life.

This course didn’t just teach me techniques—it deepened my understanding of what it means to cultivate stillness, presence, and gratitude. I’m walking away with a practice that feels sustainable, nourishing, and genuinely exciting to return to every day.
